By putting your meeting in the first room and not only in your calendar you will find new possibilities. We have all been trained in all the actions that we need to take during a meeting, for example presentation techniques, contract handling, languages and behavior. But what about real life situations?

Financial Figures: Financial figures can be handled in so many different ways and technologies. When you begin to change the way you work, you first have to free yourself of history, technology and software on the market. These are limitations for creative solutions for how to handle the financial information in the most effective way for your company and purpose. Another question here is the benchmarking problem between different companies.

Experiences from the industry and with three years of working with Alfa Laval and networking and exploring this area of financial consolidation will be part of the presentation.

Business Process Integration:   This is one of the most important decisions on the top management agenda, every day, everywhere. All companies are in one way or the other involved in mergers and acquisitions, either being the company that is buying and integrating another business, or being merged with one. One of the first things on the to-do list is the integration of the business processes between the companies. Today, most of the business processes are handled by different IT systems. The four main IT suppliers have provided a variety of solutions for this need .To manage this many different initiative from the IT-suppliers have been done.

This presentation focuses on the business drivers and needs, trends, suppliers, different concepts and techniques and how to run a successful project in this area.
